***IMPORTANT NOTICE*** Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, as of May 12, we’ve updated our cancellation policy (changes effective until April 30):


COACH-ONLY TOURS TO THE ROCKIES; RAIL & COACH TOURS FEATURING VIA RAIL:

For guests travelling between May 1 – September 30 (inclusive):

  • date changes will be permitted up to 31 days prior to the original departure date, and your deposit will be applied to the new booking (departure in 2020 or 2021);
  • less than 31 days prior to the original departure, our standard cancellation policy will apply (Terms & Conditions).


RAIL & COACH TOURS FEATURING THE ROCKY MOUNTAINEER TRAIN:

For guests travelling between May 1 – June 30 (inclusive):

  • Your deposit will be applied to the new booking (departure in 2020, 2021 or 2022);

For guests travelling between July 1 – October 17 (inclusive):

  • date changes will be permitted up to 61 days prior to the original departure date;
  • you can also postpone your travel to a new departure in 2020, or 2021 and your deposit will be applied to the new booking.

BRITISH COLUMBIA 1-DAY TOURS:

For guests travelling between May 1 – September 30 (inclusive):

  • date changes will be permitted up to 7 days prior to the original departure date.
